Jungle Safari Baby Shower Games
The great thing about a safari theme is that it works at any time of the year. It may be particularly well-suited to the summer season, but no one would bat an eye at a cold-weather animal theme, either.
These baby shower games simply feature a bunch of uniquely adorable baby jungle animals, making them suitable for any animal theme. Think “Day at the Zoo” or “All Kinds of Babies.”

Baby Food Taste Test
This is a hilarious, active game where guests must guess what baby food flavors they’re eating without seeing the labels. You can even blindfold them so they can’t see the color of the puree! Just make sure they have a teammate to feed them, or it could get particularly messy.
Baby Animals Match
This one is really straightforward (and potentially challenging). Guests must match the name for a baby animal to their well-known adult counterpart. This game is part of the free pack below!
Animated with Children
A modern game that tests pop culture knowledge, this activity requires guests to match famous cartoon mothers with the names of one of their children!
Simple, Easy Baby Shower Games
These are games that don’t require extensive trivia knowledge or a lot of effort to set up. They also don’t take long to play, but are still lots of fun.
Don’t Say Baby!
This is an all-time classic and family favorite game! Every guest starts out with a clothespin on their shirt, but if another guest hears them say the word “baby” they get to steal it. The person with the most clothespins at the end wins! Get this sign for FREE in the download below.
Baby Item ABC
Your guests will have to put on their thinking caps for this one! They have to come up with a baby-related item that starts with each letter of the alphabet. If more than one guest manages to correctly identify something for ALL 26 letters, the mom-to-be gets to choose the winner based on relevance.
Watering Hole Maze
Children and adults alike can have fun with this baby shower game! Perfectly themed to a safari baby shower, guests must lead the baby rhino to the watering hole in the center of a hexagon maze. The first one to get there wins!
Personalized Baby Shower Games
Requiring knowledge of the parents-to-be and offering guests the chance to go with their guts, these activities are sweet and fun.
Baby Predictions
This is less of a game and more of a sentimental activity, but it provides the parents with some pretty amazing keepsakes. They can look at the guests’ predictions right after the baby is born to see who got the basics right. When their child is older, they can get them out again to see if their wishes for the baby came true!
Guess Who? (Mommy or Daddy)
This is a SUPER popular game that’s great for coed baby showers. First, the parents must circle their answers about who will do what with the baby on their respective sides independently of each other. Then guests have to try and match all of them!
Which Would Mommy Rather?
Only the guest truly closest to the mother-to-be will be able to win this game! Future mom will fill out her answers first, then guests will see if they know what she chose.

How many games should you have for a baby shower?
Do NOT try to play all 38 games at one baby shower!
The reason my bundle includes so many is to give you plenty of options to choose from! Variety is important to ensure that baby showers with different groups of friends don’t end up with the same few games being played over and over.
The free download offers five games. Personally, I think three to five games is the perfect number for a baby shower.
Some games are quicker than others, and some (like Don’t Say Baby or Pacifier Hunt) don’t require all guests to sit and play at the same time.
There are games with clear right or wrong answers, but others will have unique responses based on the expecting parents. You can definitely include more than five games, depending on which ones you pick!
